1. About these terms

This website, definedlooks.com, is operated by Defined Looks ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

Our products are cosmetics and personal care items for external use only. Results vary from person to person. Before first use, test a small amount on your skin and stop using any product that causes irritation. The Teeth Whitening Pen is for use on natural teeth only; follow the directions on the pack and ask your dentist if you have sensitive teeth or dental work. Nothing on this site is medical or dental advice. Product colors and shades may look slightly different in person than on screen.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown at checkout in the currency you're shopping in. We may refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you and cancel the order with a full refund if you don't want to proceed at the correct price.

4. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise. Creator codes, such as KENT and ANDRO, apply to individual products only, not bundles. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders, and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. Bundles

Bundles are sold as a set at the bundle price. You choose your shades and colors before checkout, and items in a bundle can't be swapped, split or bought separately at the bundle price.

6. Shipping, refunds and disputes

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, damaged or missing orders, and payment disputes are covered by our Refund Policy. Please contact support@definedlooks.com before opening a dispute with your bank.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos and product names, belongs to Defined Looks or its licensors and can't be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This doesn't remove any protections you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
